Looks like I will probably end up being the GC for my renovation after all. Looking for any good recommendations for the following trades in Raleigh:

Electrician
Spray Insulation
Drywall
Trim work (Kirby?).

The framing is done, I need to finish up putting down new sub-floors before I am ready to let the trades loose, but trying to line up estimates now.
 
When you say spray insulation are you referring to foam or blown fiberglass (like the attic)? If the latter, it's stupid easy to do yourself if you're up for it. Lowe's will rent the machine to you for free if you buy (I think) 10 of the bails (i.e., buy 10 bails and, if necessary, return what you don't use and use the blower fo'free). Seriously though, I ran the hose to my attic during our reno a few years back and my wife fed the machine outside. I legit sat on my ass in the attic and moved the wand around until done.
