i took the CPR class a long long time ago. I no longer have my card, how do i prove i took this class?

i've tried calling several state health depts and keep getting ran in circles.


anyone know of a state org. that keeps these records?
 
eh....nvrmnd. looks like "a long long time ago" isnt gonna cut it.
 
The certification used to be 3 yrs for 1st aid and 1 yr cpr. The new set up is 2 yrs for both the 1st aid and cpr. So long time ago is not going to cut it.
 
My dad just got his CPR cert. He's was a little upset about the way they handled the change. They go through how they used to do it in the class, then the new way. He said it was confusing to the newbee's

American red cross should have info. I believe they do most non medical personel training. I will say they might call it BLS (basic life support) instead. I am not 100% sure about non medical training.
 
yeah, red cross does it,. 6.5 hours. $60. go kill another weekend.
