Video Cable Question

I need to make a video cable for a pair on monitors that I have. These are your typical headrest dvd monitor. They have a 9 pin mini din connector. The only wires that I need to hook up are the video (+) (-) and the power (+) (-). I have found the connectors for the 9 pin and I have found the the RCA video connector. What I am having problems with is the actual cable. I need it to be shielded with 3 wires in it. I'm having a tough time finding anything like that. Have also considered RG-59 which is siamese coax cable.

Then there is this cable which is $1.00 a ft. But, it might be my best option. Any one know of anywhere to look or where to find such.

The other question is do I have to use shielded cable for the video feed? Would just plain duplex wire work? Would only need to be a short run say 3'.

Yes, you need shielded cable if it's going in a car. I guess my question is whether you're doing something off-the-wall enough that there isn't a pre-made cable available for it?

Something tells me you are doing this the hard way.
What am I missing, why not just get a 9-pin extension cable? Then just put an RCA adapter on the end of it.
