vw passat help

my moms 2003 vw passat v6 when your in gear and pressing the gas there is a faint horn blowing sound? i know your thinking wth lol but sounds just like someone is blowing the horn on and off continously while driving it. doesnt do it when it park or in gear while idling. im thinking it maybe something in the vacume system but cant seem to figure it out.

That's a hard one without hearing it! Does it run ok?

Yea it runs fine no miss sputter or anything. If I get a chance soon I'll take a video of it
