Wagoneer hi steer

Does anyone know if you can use the stock drag link to do hi steer? I know I'll need new knuckles and steering arms but I think I'll be able to re-use the stock tie rod and drag link.

WHen I did hi-steer on my 60 the stock one was too short. Not sure about the 44. All depends on how the arms are cut and drilled
