Help! Does the Warn Premium hub #29091 fit a 2004 Xterra 3.3 liter? The internet seems split as to whether they will fit and I am afraid to dig into the front end without assurance from someone who knows that they will fit.
Thanks

100% yes. The listings are garbage online, and none of the vendors seem to care to update them either. That same hub fits all 1998-2004 D22/WD22 trucks (Frontiers and Xterras) as well as 1996-2004 R50 Pathfinders. The older "hardbody" trucks and pathfinders depend on year and engine type.

I run OEM 1998-2000 4-banger hubs on my '01 V6. They also came on 2002 "enthusiast" package Xterras. The early-mid 90's OEM hubs made by AVM are by far the best hubs for these trucks and can be had pretty cheap in the yards. I have a set as a backup for mine.

Here's a link with more info: http://www.xterraownersclub.com/cgi-local/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=2;t=000799#000001

If you still go with the Warns, I recommend throwing their studs in the trash and getting grade 10.9 metric socket-cap screws from McMaster-Carr or elsewhere instead. A LOT of people have had those studs fail on them.

Thanks for info. Had read same thing about studs. Mcmaster cap screws are on the way.
