anyone know how to work on these? I have this winch mounted to my gooseneck trailer and the brake seems that it is not holding. when a vehicle is halfway up the ramps and I stopping pulling it rolls back down the ramps to flat ground. I removed the brake assembly and installed a new complete brake assembly and it does the same thing.
