That's really odd. There should have been receipts for every one of your transactions. Might have needed the manager (who hopefully can add and subtract) to straighten it out. It sounds like you might have gotten a little touchy a bit too quick.

Advance doesn't sell Bilstein (that I am aware of)

I've had just as bad of luck with both. Nothing that bad though. In fact, I've had them go out of their way to give me a refund on things that were way out of corporate policy.

Everybody speaks English at both ADV/AZ that I go to.

Now, some of the parts are crap...

I just about always go armed with part numbers ahead of time.

I use AZ, ADV, and Napa. Carquest and Fisher are so high on prices I don't even bother checking anymore.

I give them a nice firm "screw you" an begin to walk out with my shocks when a rather large person decides to try and stop me. I enlighten him that if he doesnt move my foot is gonna be so far up his ass he will taste my shoelaces and he politely moves. I can't believe the crap that I just took for spending alot of $$$ in a store. Just a warning for all. I don't know if this is where this belongs but I apologize if its not.

I'd beat his ass with one of the shocks!!
