Water in my 96 zj floorboard?

Water keeps collecting in my floorboard on the passenger side. Something is leaking from up under the dash I think? Anybody have any idea what is happening under there? Thanks!

a/c must remove the dash and re-route the drain line
 
drilled it out and got all of the trash out and sealed it back up. Hope it works, thanks:beer:
 
had a couple that had a straight tube coming out of the firewall and i found that the air turbulance from the fan was pushing the water back under the tube and into the floor board. Simple fix was to put a 90 degree rubber end on it.
