Waterproof Seat Covers?

I want to get some seat covers for my YJ that are waterproof so my seats dont mildew and rot when they get rained on. I have found a few brands but they are all "water resistant." Is there anything waterproof or will something like Wet Okole work, even if they are just water resistant?
 
I've had real good luck with the Bestop covers, then some of the wooden massage bead covers on top of that. I dont know why mildew. Even after a little rain or morning dew, you can wipe the beads off and sit on them, get a little wet but not soaked. My first set of BEstop covers were installed by the PO before 1994 and lasted me 12 years. I'm on my second set, hope they didnt decrease quality since the early 90s.
 
I got a set of Wet-Okole's in my 05 Sierra. My kids have spilled almost every fluid in the seats and it has always wiped right off. They are a lifetime limited warranty as well. They are not cheap though. For my 05 Sierra ext cab it cost us around $500 shipped. That includes the following items

Front seats are made up of 8 pieces:
2 headrests
2 seat bottoms (passenger and drivers side)
2 seat backs (passenger and drivers side)
1 center console bottom
1 center seat cover (middle seat under the center console.

The rear consists of4 pieces:
1 seat bottom section
1 seat back section
2 head rests.

I cannot see what color my seats are unless I physically move one of the covers the look.

I know that the warranty covers things like my son having a pair of scissors and cutting a hole in the seat. They say for that send the cover back to them and they will replace that section for like $12 or something similar. If it is a factory defect in the stitching or material they will cover it without any problems.
