Seem everyone has caught the "Ice Fright Fever" and it has turned into an epidemic. Freaking people just look for an excuse to not work and then bitch about it when their check arrives. I will be lucky if we run past lunch.

2" of light powdery snow on the ground and its still pouring down in Roanoke. We still have snow on the ground from last Thursdays storm. I'm lovin it! There are a few locals heading out to snow wheel some of the JNF fire roads in Craig County

Steady rain/sleet in Marion now. The Chief is a encased in a solid sheet of ice that is getting thicker by the minute. Shut the plant down at 1:30. Looks like a lot more of this nasty ice coming according to radar. At least it is peaceful here

I was one of the last ones to leave work at 4...2nd shift was cancelled for inclimate weather. The parking lot was the worst part of the drive home. 52S and 85S were a little slushy, but nothing to write home about...and certainly not worth the couple of folks in the passing lane doing 35mph.

Just ran down to Thomasville to grab a couple pizzas and damn near everything was closed at 7pm! WTF!?! McDonalds, Wendy's, little Caesars, THE ABC STORE!!!!

Actually got somewhat bad here. Walked to the grocery store and it was some slow going

It was fine here on my way home other than some junk along the lines in the center and the sides. When I left again at 6:30 it was still the same. On my way back at 7:45, everything was lightly iced, and easy to spin or slide everywhere.
