So I am running a 32/36 on a 22r. Truck will run fine for hours. Then it suddenly starts dying. I have found that it is returning more fuel than it's getting. I pinched the return line started running better. But now it cranks for like a min before it starts. Any ideas would be great!

check the float level and make sure the fuel pressure going into the carb is 2-3.5lbs max. make sure to use a low pressure high volume electric fuel pump. webers love volume but hate pressure.

How is your return set-up?
Through the Weber or using s Jeep filter?

Make sure the tank is vented properly and no lines are collapsing.
