Website design and Graphic design help needed

I have a project I am working on and looking for some help.

I need someone to assist in web site design or web page creation. I already have a site host, domains etc. and a written layout of what Id like. I just need someone to take my notes and make them appear on the interwebs.

I have limited knowledge here but can make do, but the time it takes me is ridiculous to what someone who is well versed in this stuff could knock out.

I am not looking for on going management or updating just basically building a shell and maybe providing a little training on how to tweak a few items.

Also I am looking for someone who can create flyers or other small graphic art work. I have access to a very high end high speed printer so dont need printing services just some design help here as well. (Think event promotion flyers)

If you need any help I am also a graphic designer with almost 10 years of experience for your flyers and stuff.. i do decals and what not also. Check my dad's business website if you want pics of our work.. www.randyscustomlettering.com ... I mostly do motorsports design, but also do alot of other things as well!
