EVERYBODY looked like they were having a good time . Lots of cool rigs, lots of cool people, but the coolest thing was seeing KC and his wife recieve all that cash and all the love that went with it.I wish both of them all the best and then some. Hats off to BDB again for some kickin trails.

HUGE turn out for a good cause! I would say the turn out would rival a small Dixie Run event there were that many people there! A BIG thanks to all who had a hand in the event (that's you if you were there :) ) and especially to upnover, Chip Price, for the idea ( http://nc4x4.com/forums/showthread.php?t=51271 ), DylanW and CTB for the RC Table Krawl and to BDB for hosting the event! I can't say enough about how BDB has been a stand up club when it comes to supporting good causes in our area! Really a bunch of good guys! We'll have to wait for a final tally from Chip but last I heard there was around $4k donated to Kevin and Melissa, enough to fund her insurance for 6 months! Way to go guys & gals!

Who's rig is in this picture?

I think I was next to him on 321 right by Grace Chapel...wondering if the owner lives close to the Granite Area?

Yager and I were there for awhile Saturday, we were both quite impressed with the turn out and with the events.

While we were there, they added more water to the mud pit, then there was a $100 challenge to anyone who could make it thru, a few tried and were denied, then there was a $1000 challenge, anyone ever make it thru? no one had while we were there.

The Rock Garden looked like fun, wish I'd had something to drive.

Good to see some folks I hadn't seen in awhille, and to put a few faces to names.

My Brother and I were there and had a Blast..!!! Glad we could help out for a Great Cause.

Thanks to BDB, CTB, MD, Extreme Machines, Mudpro and all the other folks that helped support the Event.

Ready for the Next trip out to the Farm...!!!

Also, thanks to George for the Buggy ride up Bee's Nest...Thought I was in the Space Shuttle...!!!

thanks for all thyat attended, the weekend went good except for a few bumps in the road

GOOD TIMES

just wanted to thank BDB for the event, and everyone who helped put it on.......it was a good time.

glad the turnout was good, and it seems most everyone had a good time..... a  to all those who helped me scavenge, and piece together a driveshaft sunday afternoon.

now, im gonna be that guy that asks if anyone captured the lil white sammy with the crappy flame job coming up get skinny (not sure of the trail name)? its the trail above where the ranger was about to plumit into 5WO.

it was a test run for the sammy, and all proved well!!

thanks again for the hospitality of the BDB, and everyone who chipped in, and help make this possible for kevin and mel.

get well soon!!

thanks

This was my first time at the Farm or any event like this before. I can't believe how much fun I had even as a spectator. Everyone there seemed nice and willing to help out. Now I'm wanting to find a cheap, simple rig to learn the basics with and have even more fun. Thanks BDB and everyone else who played a part in this event.
Blasterr1, I seen you go up that trail. That was awesome!

And you wonder why the tranny in the Z71 is about to come apart at the seams.........;)

Hey, i put the tranny that was in it before this one through 6 years of driving that included 2 years of stupid high school "wheeling" (pretty much mud only and uwharrie twice) and towing the Jeep and all my random junk around for 3 to 4 years and the old tranny held to 189,xxx miles :driver:

I think this is just another case of me and my bad luck considering this one only held to 24,xxx miles :shaking:
