Weird rig

Does anybody know anything about this rig?

I'm not interested in buying it, just curious as to what it is. I've never seen or heard of anything like it before. It kind of reminds me of a 1/2 scale Land Rover.

Yea, if anyone buys it they gotta buy a whole other set of tool too. It'd be a unique rig for sure.
