Weird text message

Got a call from 503-667-4750, didn't answer because I didn't know the area code. Then about 10 seconds after the phone stops ringing, I get a text:
From: 4
Body: 4
Callback #: 4

Anybody ever seen anything like that before?

After looking at your post the first search showed a metal or steel fab shop in Gresham , Oregon. Anyone need any cheap detective work done ? BR-549
