How much wider does a weld on beadlock make a wheel? Would a 15 x10 wheel with weld on beadlocks be to wide for a 33x12.50 tire?

I'd use a set of 15x8s

nope, it shouldn't. I know a few people that run 15x10s. If it is a DD, it would also give you a less spongy ride than a 15x8. If it is strictly a trail rig, I would go 15x8s but the real benefit of the skinner rim is to be able to air down and not lose a bead but bead locks fix that problem anyways.

The width increase depends on the sidewall of the tire. To calculate it, measure the thickness of the lip of the rim (from inside edge to outside face of inner ring). Then measure the thickness of the sidewall at the mounting surface, and add those numbers together. That will give you the increase in effective wheel width.
