Anyone in cabarrus county tomorrow free with a welder that can fix the steering box spacer from jcr I have. My jeep is down and it's my dd. I have vehicle I can borrow to bring it to you.

What appears to have happened is when they were welding it one of the pieces of tubbing shifted over. Should be just cut the weld and re weld. I can have it cut and cleaned so only thing has to be done is it welded.

Thinking out loud... How much "give" is in the drilled pattern and hole sizes? Can you just take a die grinder (or round file, even) and open up the hole in the plate to match the bushing and still get it to mount up to the box?

I'm more concerned with that toe gap. Put some crocs on.

The hole in the plate is right. The piece of tubbing is slanted. I carried it inside to get better light so I left my crocs at the door.

If it's just a spacer, super glue it to hold it in place and it'll be fine.

Big thank you to @CarolinaHD for getting me squared away. The bumper is back on and my steering system is back together.

Call JCR Monday and talk to Corey Giffing about the issue and hopefully he will make it right. He helped me out big time when I did all my JCR stuff and really wants to put out nice parts that fit.

Damn did you have to flip it upside down to get it fixed?
Yeah i didn't want to hold it up
