with that much rod you dont NEED tubing, just "fill in" the whole thing! Front bumper...just "fill in" from frame to frame heh.

isnt 7018 pretty sensitive to moisture? ive typically heard of it being stored in ovens when there is more than can be used in a shorter period of time....... but i have no experience to speak of with 7018 since i have an AC only buzzbox

there is a 7018 ac rod sold at lowes & home depot try them just don't let the slag fool ya on the vertical up

I weld alot, I do some side work on heavy equipment & my welder is usually with me trailblazer multi process in my psd 350
