I know theres alot of beer drinkers on here........I have called everywhere, frugal mcdougals, total wine, etc. Everybody wants over $100 for a keg of just bud light! prices have gone up.

I am trying to go around middle man. If anyone knows anyone at the distribution or has an inside man that I can swap kegs out for good price hook me up!

Its more efficient by the case when it goes on sale at the grocery store. I think teeter does 12 or 13 dollar cases every now and then.
That's a good price for a keg of domestic these days.
kegs are a pain in the ass to move, taste worse unless you get CO2 and use more ice unless you have a kegorator.

I think there are the equivalent of 7 cases in a keg, you loose some to foam and you never get it all out.

Is that including deposit? Might not be a bad price if so. 1stgenxxx jeff is the resident baller that works for budweiser, maybe he could hook you up with some poor tasting beer. :)flipoff2:)

How about switching to Yuengling? Generally runs $20-$30 cheaper than the bigger brands.

Dress up as the 5-0, raid some high school kegger and make away with it....as evidence you know. Might score some smoke too...just sayin..

Or you might get your ass kicked by a bunch of highschoolers, could go either way lol.

Bud light is always high because its everyones favorite watery brew.

Budwieser is 69.99 a keg at total wine in greensboro.

Do beer distributors around here allow direct sales?

We've gotten great deals before by going straight to the distributor. x2 on getting cans, too... fewer ABC rules that way.

Good question. I know they do in other states and I'm just about to convert my bar fridge into a keg holder.

What's the occasion Brendan, plan on inviting me?? :flipoff2:

Sorry bro but same rules apply. You cannot posses more than 80 liters of malt beverage without a permit. No limit on kegs, but you do have to have the kegs registered.

I'd listen to that guy..... he is "in the know" when it comes to legal stuff... :)

I do believe transporting alcohol over state lines is a crime.

I work for budweiser in hickory....My cost on a keg of bud light is 93$. I'd go with a keg of busch light. They can be had for around 65ish. I can't tell much difference between the two when they come from a keg.
