What animal would dig up a yellow jackets nest?

So I was mowing along the property fence line for the first time and ran across a yellow jackets hole. Luckily I didnt get stung. I hosed down the hole with wasp/yellow jacket spray. I came back a few days later and found this. The hole was dug out and some of the nest pulled out. What creature would do/eat these?

Gray foxes dug one out at my place last year, caught them in the spotlight when I heard them yipping and fussing. Had the whole nest opened up and out on the ground the next day.
