Old Thomasville Rd bounces back & forth between Randolph & Davidson counties......that sucks, I've always been under the impression you need a tag on all trailers used on state roads.
Sucks on the ticket though......the "bill of sale" on the tires is the cop being a dick unless you told him you just bought them. You shouldn't have to carry a bill of sale on every item of personal property you carry around.
