What are the major components to buy???

My friend sold his 2000 Jeep sahara to build a buggy. He just ordered a bruiser chassis and now wants to collect parts for it. What are the main parts that you think he needs to focus on to get this buggy built??? Thanks for any items you could list. pics only if you want to.

What tires should he run? The 47 inch LTB's is what i voted for.

The main things he needs to get are a pen, phone, and checkbook. One quick call and a couple signatures later he could have a buggy.

He needs a place to wheel it. Maybe find a couple of friends with dump trucks, another friend with some land, then go and find some cheap rocks at a construction site and build a place to wheel it...then build the buggy to suit that kind of wheelin'.
