What are these tire/rim combo worth???

I saw a guy on the way to charlotte this weekend with a stock set of rockwell tires and rims sitting in his front yard next to what was left of a duece and a half that he has been parting out. The sign said $200 bucks for all 4 rims and tires. Is that a good deal? A buddy wants to mount them on his big muddbogging truck after getting a new bolt pattern center for the wheels. Would you buy all 4 rims and tires for $200?????
