What are they worth?

I have some 36 16.5 16.5 dick cepek kevlar tires with about 30 to 40% tread on some 16.5 x 10 black wagon wheels and am trying o sell them and am having no luck just want to see what you think they are worth.

Here's what I do

Put an ad up for them (in the Clasified section here)
Price them high.
Every few days reduce the price a little.
Be patient.

I started them about 400 and now have them at 200 but dont want to go lower
