What is a 74' CJ5 w/ a 350 SBC worth?

Body is overall pretty decent, probably still original paint, so there are some rust spots and it is very faded. Does not look really rusty by any means though. Tailgate is bent, tires are ground hawgs with some tread, not great. Strong running SBC 350 so he says, appears to be straight sidepipes. 4 speed manual transmission

What would something like this be worth as an estimate?
 
Check the frame really good.Especially around the spring hangers.Is it a Jeep four speed?? If so how did they put it to a Chevy engine??? I know it can be done but was it some hack job or did they buy the correct parts to do it.If it's a Chevy 4 speed with a Chevy engine what case did they use??? The 465/205's are too long for a stock wheelbase CJ-5.
