What is all this crap??

In the process of painting my dash and replacing the cd player and front speakers on my 97 wrangler. What is all this? Was it factory or added in? Is it necessary or can I take it out? The numbers on the relay say its a Car Auto 40A Amp Relay Switch Power 5 Pin. Just trying to keep things simple and have a cd player and sound hah.

Aftermarket alarm. The module is probably a shock sensor. You can gut it, but you'll likely have to reconnect some factory wiring. It probably has an ignition kill circuit in it.

Looks like an ign kill. Used for mom and pops car lots so they can imobilize cars when they need to...

There was a little push button wired up I pulled out from around that area.

Take all of that mess out and reconnect the 2 yellow wire halves that come from the ignition switch. That will restore it back to OEM operation.
