What is this/where does it go??

Ive got a 97 TJ with a 2.5 in it. And on the intake manifold are some vacuum ports below the throttle body. Wondering what this one is or where it goes. It seems to run better with it not plugged but is loud and cant hear it sucking in air. So I presume something was connected to it. But I cant find anything in the engine bay or online. Any info or with a 4banger csn assist with helping me out it woukd be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Nobody out there with a 4banger in a TJ knows what this vacuum port is? Im about to stop a stranger hah.

I can't tell what part of the motor the pictures are showing. But any open vacuum port should be plugged.

is it for the map sensor? the sensor is mounted on the firewall

Theres 4 little ports below the throttle body. Hard to get in there and take a pic. I just cant find anything to it or any info.

That is the threaded boss where the fuel line hold down bracket attaches.

Thanks..I've got it plugged and seems to be running better.
