What kind of Surround sound stereo??????????!!!!!????!!!HAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!!

I am wondering how many of you have systems in your house and what kind you have?? I just bought a new one and hope to hook it up this weekend. :):) I can't wait to watch sports and DVD's and stuff with the new kick a$$ system. HAHAHAHAHA!!!! :D :)
 
i've got a year old pioneer 5.1, 2 year old sony dvd. hooked to some ancient polk audio speakers. tv bit the dust, so i'm looking for a new one right now. something 32" or bigger.
 
Are you asking for opinions on equipment, or just wanting to share? My stuff is a little eclectic, and opinions on speakers are a VERY personal preference.. (I.e. some people think Bose makes great speakers, I tend to think they are rather mediocre;, some like a very "bright" sound, some prefer very neutral or muted, etc..)

Got cash? McIntosh components.. sick...

getting kicked out of my house with half my sh*t... Priceless!

I did however just buy a new 56" JVC HD-ILA tv.. tent sale on base.. saved $1000 off best buys price..

i have a 36" flat screen toshiba i will sell you for 600, hd ready, brand new, we bought it for my old man, and then they moved and have no where to put it. origionally cost 1100 from best buy. (7 months ago)

Musta been PX pricing.. I remember a tuner being $1500, CD being $3000, and the amps? sheesh, up to $10k +

Kinda like the :smokin: deal I got on my speakers in Germany... 1/2 of the US price :D
 
Uh, whatever is on the TV, yeah, thats it, the speakers on the TV. Now don't anybody break in and seal this little ol 8" B&W TV with the VHS deck hooked up to it :D

sounds like a good deal... little more than i want to spend though. that said, you've got pm about that axle shaft...
 
marantz 7500 receiver with a 60" sony lcd in the living room and a bose 321 with a 42" plasma in the bedrooom.

and rich is right, the bose systems are not that impressive. At least the bose setup i have isn't.
