Well head gaskets blown on 3.0 so what swap would you do? This is a 95 toyota ext cab that has had 14 inches cut off the bed and that has sas, longfields,with a 6 inch lift 38 12 50 tsls.

Supposedly the Toy 3.4 is a pretty clean nealy bolt-in swap for the 3.0, same bellhousing, mottr mounts etc.

If you're considering swapping, 1st question is if yo uwant to keep "in the family" and do a toy motor or not.

pretty much any kind of swap will be more costly than just repairing that 3.0 though.

but you'd still have a 3.0 and that leaves alot to be desired...'bout a hundred hp to be exact. go w/ the 4.3 vortec, call jims perf. for the harness, should be around $525 and he'll have it back pronto. besides, gm parts are way cheaper than toy parts. and...the 4.3 can stand a little go juice

i got a 2.7 tacoma motor with everything needed to do the swap except you will need a t-100 oil pan to clear your axle. $850 for the motor ecu wiiring O2 sensors, MAF, coil ect. everything needed for a swap.
