What should I do?

Ok so i ordered some axle brackets from Ballistics Fab about two weeks ago and they havent shown up. I look at the tracking number they gave me and the information had not been up dated by fedex ground since march 8. So i called fedex and to make a long story short they have lost my package and informed me that i have to contact the shipper and they can file a claim but i cant. So i call ballistics and get a message system and leave a detailed message and they dont call me back and i have sent them an email as well and havent heard back from them.


Any suggestions???? I think i my go by the back and tell them to cancel the charge..cant you do that in NC if it hasnt been a month

If you ordered them on MC/Visa they can cancel the charge and fight it our with BF. Just call the cc company.

Normally I would consider this underhanded or bad business but if BF wont return your call, then do what you gotta do.

If you want to feel good about the decision, their website provides an address and a fax number. Right a letter explaining the problem and that you do not blame them as obviously FEDEX lost it. Then fax said letter and send it usps return receipt requested. Provide all your contact info. Give them a few days and if they dont call you, do as you will.

Keep calling, I've bought from them numerous times recently w/o issue. Sometimes they don't answer the phone, and I've had them not return messages, but I've also had then call me right back w/o leaving a message. I'm confident they will help straighten it out.
 
ok contact was made today and he is going to call fedex and confirm the lostness of my package and if it was lost he will be senting me another

I deal in shipping packages everyday and you did all you can do. He will contact Fed-Ex and if it is in deed lost he will then have to file a claim and eventually will get his money back unless it is found then he gets the package back. That is the short veson of how it works. Count yourself lucky he is going to go ahead and reship some people will not do that until they have filed their claims.

well yea attic heat in the summer did contribute to some brain damage but i think me drilling through electrical lines and the grabbing the metal drill bit while laying on the ground over a cast iron pipe takes credit for most of the damage.....but i like the word lostness...its the act of being lost..hahah
