What to do with this?

We make glorifier displays for Husqvarna out of these spindles. We send them off to machined to show a cutaway view and then bring them back and mount them to display bases.

This one that we have is leftover and we were going to toss it out. I just can’t bring myself to rid of it.

So what can I make out of it?

put a magnet on the back, mount spindle to wall, hang some cool stuff on it

It would be cool with a turbo ls swap. Probably be a lot of work though.

Looks like it would hold the ole stars and bars pretty well...

List it on eBay and use the money to buy something you actually want?

I'm sure you can find some way to combine it with pallet wood or tobacco baskets, paint it white, "antique" it with a palm sander, and post it on Pinterest.

Seriously though, it's a mower deck spindle. It distributes load across the sheet metal deck, and houses the bearings that take the blade thrust/moment loads and belt loads.

Probably the same or similar to this:

Ya, I know that’s what it is, but who’s gonna buy it without confirming the part number? This this is big, it’s not your typical yard mower. Still surprised that there’s no part number on it.
