 Ive gotten one for not stopping at a flashing red...basically the same deal, so its all good.
Prayer for Judgment.

or ask to reduce it to something like unsafe movement.

I don't understand people.

did you do it? well then, pay it.

maybe next time you'll stop. what is it with people not wanting to accept blame? Oh no, I spilled hot coffee on my crotch who can I blame? McDonald's. yeah that'll teach them to serve me something delicious that I wanted but couldn't handle :shaking:

I think he is accepting the blame for what he did. The way I read this is he is looking for advice on how to handle this without having to pay out on his Ins. for the next few years. We all make mistakes in life. I would be looking for a cheaper way out too.

yea if it was just the ticket i would have no problem paying it. But the insurance thing is what gets me i dont really want it to go up a 100 or so dollars

Within the next 10 days you will receive half a dozen letters from lawyers stating that they will represent you. Pick the best one, and play the game.

i'm all for cheaping out the govt. I hate paying those waste of spaces in our state but sometimes you have to accept the charges, pay up and move on with life. I've had to.

A friend got the same ticket. He got a lawyer and had it dismissed cheaper than the ticket and no points.I figured the lawyer would cost more than the ticket but I was wrong.

Dude I work for insurance company, get a lawyer, have ticket reduced or pay more on insurance for the next 3 years. my girl is going thru the same thing but for speeding. Dont just pay it.

I dont plan on just paying it.

What would happen if he mispelled something??

I was looking at the ticket and noticed that the street that he wrote down does not exist in Winterville. I ran the sign on Jeremy lane and the ticket is for Jermay Lane. I am just looking for a leg to stand on here.

oh yea and he also mispelled Tahoe i mean how do you mispell that it is written on the registration.

Going after things to piss the cop off is going to probably not be your best bet.
Just ask the DA for PFJ, or if you can get it "dropped" to same fine but not a moving violation kind of thing. Much better option.

Good job. I was going to give you that advice. Save your PJC (prayer for judgement) for something big!
