what tunes you listen to?

I listen to almost everything, including rap . I dont listen to blues or classical. What I listen to just depends on my mood at the time. Today, Nickleback (the new album) got me through the day. I was really getting into ´shaking hands´ and ´S.E.X.´. Sometimes it´s country, sometimes hip hop, sometimes rock...

Avett Brothers... 90's rock, usual country stations... but mainly The Avett Brothers.

From ACDC to ZZ Top and Everything in between. Ive been listening to Leon Russell a shitload for about the past month. I go on binges when I listen to music. If I find something I like it's all I listen to for 2-3 months. Is anyone on here going to see Leon at the Millennium Center next month?

Lots of Avett Brothers fans... what's your favorite of their albums? I saw some maturity in the latest, but I really only like maybe a couple of the songs. I think Four Thieves Gone is my favorite.

They're way better live, but for NC bands they don't hold a candle to Chatham County Line (or their various side projects).

PANDORA

for anyone who doesnt know what pandora is, it is the best way to check out new bands and artists.

if you feel like being brave type in one of the artists listed you've never listened to before and you will get that band and bands related to them. you will be suprised.

plus its free and non stop. great when browsing the web:rolleyes:

If yall like the avett brothers, look up timothy seth avett, he is one of the brother but it is a solo album (The Mourning, The Silver, The Bell) he made awhile back it is extremely good. And also one song by the avetts i dont think is on any of there albums is "In The Curve" it is really good too.

And im sure yall have heard of Easton Corbin one of his song "A little more country than that" has been on 94.7 QDR (Triangle Area) non stop for a month or so now but i found him out a few months back from a buddy of mine and just bought his first cd that just came out and he has some really good songs other than that one.

Idk if its just me or does it seem like radio stations just kill songs and artists, i cant even listen to it anymore, most of the time its the same song every half hour
