'08 Megacab 4x4, 149,000 miles, 6 speed with some damage. Looks like top of cab and door, tailgate, hood and radiator core support. Just interested in what you guys would give for this or what you think its worth.

What in the hell happened to that truck??? I don't see alot of scratches so I assume snow was involved ? is that Arizona in the background?

It is worth whatever it can be parted out for.

If it's a Cummins, maybe $10-14k, if its a Hemi, maybe $6-8k, all depending on how nice it is other than the damage. 149k could leave you with a well maintained, perfect condition vehicle, or with a ragged out piece of junk.

Clear or salvage title???? Theres gonna be a BUNCH of expensive parts to fix that.

Title is everything on that. I think I could fix it for $6k, and make it perfect....the title difference makes it break even or super profitable

I think your bein a little conservative,Id say the doors and tailgate will eat up about half of that $6k.

That's definitely not a project I would want to take on. From the looks of it you'd be replacing almost every body panel, plus structural work on the roof. Plus having to replace the sunroof, and anything else that might have gotten damaged up in the radiator support area. I think $6k is definitely conservative.

yea it does have an odd damage pattern to it. I think its out in Cali. The roof is the one only damage that i think I would worry about, not looking to fix and resell just trying to replace my 91 Nissan that can't pull a greasy string out a cats butt :D.

Other info, interior looks like new from the pictures and it is a cummins.

I personaly wouldnt try to fix the cab, just replace it.One other thing is the airbags, have they been deployed?? It doesnt look like it in the pics but they could have cut them off for the pics.Airbags could add signifigant cost to it.

I would consider a cab swap.....maybe an old international 4 Door truck or something like that :D

Good call, Looks like driver side deployed.....

'd rather have that SWB MJ in the background on Canyons.
Lots less work and more juice from the squeeze.

That is definitely true. I bet the unknowns of the megacab would add up quick.

Im sayin since the bags have been out and w the amount of damage it has that it will have a salvage title.I think they remove the deployed bags in hopes that folks wont notice.

Run Forrest run!

Looks like the consensus is to leave it be....

Yea, I didn't notice it until you mentioned it.

I would still buy it if I could get if around $7000, but that ain't gonna happen. A tore up megacab alot better than what I'm used too!

I dunno about the Dodge, but how about the red Comanche in the fenced area in the background!

oops...see its already been commented on! Ill just sit here and be quiet!:p

might just have to buy the Comanche and let you guys build a sweet crawler/daily drive work truck for me  . Exo-cages can double as ladder rack....got to have tons for work truck status....I like it!
