OK, Your average lifted Jeep with 33's. It's normally a weekend vehicle (I only put around 4k a year on it, and stays in the garage). But just to prove it get wheel occasionally, I put a muddy pic in there. Gotta Lock-Right in the front and has been re-geared to 4.11's. K&N Air Raid, Gibson CatBack, lights, bumpers, nerf bars, etc. My favorite goodies are the Dixie horn, both hard and soft tops and my CB Radio.....

Here's my practically bone-stock '98 XJ Sport. I've got some things to go on it though. Got me a t-case skid and a front-end skid to go on. I've got some leaf packs from a '00 XJ that I plan on using for some bastard packs to get about 3" in the rear, which includes the MJ shackles I'll be using. Right now, the 235/75 DTX's are doing it justice.

I have a 1978 cj7. It came stock with a 304 v8 and T-150/Dana20 narrow track axles with 3.54 gears. Which makes for a really bad low range...around 20:1. Then I swapped in a T-176 and a Dana 300 and my low range got better. Wheeled it that way for a while with 35's & a lockright in the amc 20 rear and one piece axles. A few years later the 304 kicked the bucket along with the T-176 needing a rebuild. It was then I decided to swap in the 360 and 727. And so the next two years I spent building the jeep the way it is now.

Title says it's a '73 Land Cruiser FJ-40.. it's got a little bit of lift and some Super swamper tires. fenders and a few other things rusted off. Oh, and part of a smittybuilt front bumper with room for a winch.

It's titled as an 84, but like the going theme here, the only thing that is left of that year is the frame, hood, grille, one fender and windshield frame.

  • SOA Scout II Dana 44's, 5.38's, Spool rear, Detroit front
  • custom rear disc
  • 16 gal fuel cell
  • 5 point harnesses
  • TBD 350 FI
  • sm465
  • Dana 300
  • Custom drive shafts
  • 38" TSL
  • 100" WB
  • factory tilt steering
  • factory intermediate wipers
  • Warn X8000i
  • custom bumpers
  • custom anti-wrap
  • 7 pack leafs (mostly Alcan)

I used to know exactly what was on this thing when I first built it, but every weekend it got something new or I rebuilt something, like a custom 1/2 plate steering box mount with cross brace using a Ford 2.8L connecting rod.

The last of the four different 258 blocks was a '84 block, HO head, HEI, weber carb, and some other goodies.

It's gotten uglier and uglier as the wheelin trips when on. Here is some pictures form old to recent.
