What's it worth? (97 Taco motor/trans/tcase)

I have a 3.4L V6, manual transmission, and t-case from a '97 Tacoma. I have the wiring harness and computer for the engine, along with the accessories. It had 210K on it when pulled, and running. What do you think the value of it is?

Hmm...not bad. $800 sounds better to get rid of it. Haha!
