Say a guy had a clean stock 06 Unlimited LJ Rubicon with less than 10k miles and not a scratch on it? What would be a good asking price?

And what's the best Jeep geek forum to post it on?
 
I'll give you 5k for it now and save you the hassle of all 9 million emails you will get about it. I'm not going to even mention the calls and texts for it.....:D

In all honesty somebody will pay $20,000, but I don't see $25k-$30k.

How much does it cost you to sell something that expensive on Ebay? The person that buys it is going to be someone looking for a clean unmolested LJ and will be searching for one, not just stumble on to it with $20k in their pocket. If you loose much in fees, I'd start with forums and the list of Craigs before ebay. If the fees aren't a concern list it with a $20k reserve and see where it goes.
 
You never can tell what it will bring. All depends on timing and who is looking for one at the time of listing. Remember if you list it on eBay and it doesn't sell I think you still pay the fees. I would think 25-27k on the west coast and 18-20k over here on the poor side of the country if you are really lucky.
 
25k easy regardless where it is. People are paying top dollar for them now. A low mileage unmolested LJ Rubicon will bring top dollar. I wouldn't take less than 25k for it
 
It's only worth what someone is WILLING to pay for it.

Is it really WORTH $25k? Well NO. but is a 12v cummins motor worth $6k? Is a 1st Gen unmolested rust free bronco WORTH $50k?

to SOMEONE it is. That's the point. Find the someone.
