what's the history of this jeep?

A friend of mine just bought this jeep and we noticed that the suspension has been re-installed. It is a 94yj 4.0 and is has M.O.R.E. offroad on the side of the side of the hood.

i'd try MORE offroad..
i think they're out of Colorado...maybe it was one of their jeeps (??)..
i've never seen it before.....
