What's this hole in the floorboard for? Jeep cj

Anyone know what the round hole in the floorboard was for?

what ya got there,a cj3b?

that is the MC port.I use a funnel with a short hose to fill my reservoirs.I changed mine out from the single res. to a later dual res. and worrying about busting a line and loosing all brakes is no longer an issue.

Also steering is wobbly if worn out like any others.Mine not like that on ole Nellie Bell.

I also noticed a golf ball for the turn signal switch nob...NICE!

That's a CJ-5 that's for sale on here.

I was wondering that with the levers in the windshield frame. I haven't studied the 3b's enough to tell the dash layout from the 5s.

Ray,the only picture I saw to begin with was at the top of this page and I didn't pan over or i would have seen it was a 5. Now I have seen the add.

That's the Fred Flintstone brake hole that Willys gave you in case their crappy single reservoir MC gave out and you needed to do an emergency stop.
