Leave it to the guys at NAPA, it is out of an early to mid-sixties T-Bird 2 seater.
 
If it was a Tbird I would think later bigger...

if taht thing was in a mid 60s...I think it would stick into the trunk :lol:
 
Low 1 and low 2. Aka 1st and second gear. That's what gets me too though, I've never seen a ford with park spelled out and "L1" "L2". ? But it does seem like I can remember pontiacs or some gm's with "L". A 3 spd auto could be anything 60's/70's though.
 
EDIT: changed my pick to a 'cuda...or the like. Barracudas had a long, skinny center console like that, gauges up front.
 
Dragging this back up from the dead after looking at Noah's Muscle Car Heaven Thread
that Ebay Listing had a picture about half way down that carries some very similar features and says "427 Car" written on it.

i found out it was out of a 66-67 caprice impala. it sold for $371.66 on ebay. thanks for all the guesses though.
 
I thought that emblem looked like one from a caprice but I never seen one with bucket seats
