Depends on which front axle you go with. I would suggest staying with a 16" or 17". 15s will fit a Chevy 60/14 combo, but only with very little backspacing (around 2" or so and they'll stick waaayyyy out) or heavy grinding on the front calipers. A 15" rim will fit over a 3/4 ton 14 bolt drum, but the 1 ton 14 bolt has a larger, 13" brake drum and it may not fit because they're cast fairly thick.
Now then, if you use a Ford Dana 60, the big ass, dual piston calipers might be tight on a 16, but I'm pretty sure they'll fit. I've got H2s on mine and have about 1/2 inch of clearance in the tightest spot.
On a different note:
A Ford axle would make life easier, but they demand a little higher premium. Not sure if you want to keep the speedo working or not, but with it being a 95, it should have an NP241 and it is, of course, driver's side drop. Swapping to passenger's drop would require a new t-case and I believe all of the pass drop Chevy cases were for a cable driven speedo. I used an NP241 in my 99 Silverado SAS. Good luck on the swap too, greatest thing I ever did to this truck!
