More than likely they will. Measure across the bolt holes center to center. Offset may be different though.
 
It actually depends really on the diameter inside the rim. One of the problems you run into when swapping Chevy rims around is that when you put older rims on a newer truck often times the rims will not clear the caliper. As years have passed Chevrolet has increased the size of their brakes in an effort to prevent the famous warping that GM rotors seem to be cursed with. Along with increase in the size of the braking system components we have seen an increase in the size of the rims on these trucks. You may also find that newer chevrolet rims have a more negative offset (the rim seems to not stick out as far from the hub) when you get in to the 16 and 16.5" rims. Another problem is that when you put rims from an older solid axle truck on a newer truck the lip of the rim scrubs the upper control arm. Hope this helps.
