Manual steering, probably a Continental Z134, but could be a Z145. Good motors. Tractor brakes are over rated

Very true my 8n has none. I just drop what's on the 3 point or shove it into reverse... Yes I know that's dumb but sometimes you got to do dumb shit.

You were CHOSEN to get this tractor. The least you could do would be to get it to appease the tractor/good will Gods!
