The one to turn off the passenger side airbag that is. I just installed a full center counsel (mine came stock with the mini).

Question is, there is no place on the full size to install the airbag switch. Im looking at routing it up into where the ashtray is now (looks like as good a spot as any). Where is the stock switch located?

Another question...where do you mount the screws that are located inside the center counsel box? My haynes manual shows a set of holes the screws SHOULD go into..however mine doesnt have any holes. Im a bit wary of drilling into the body just to install a set of screws to hold in a center consel. Any ideas?

mine is a 98 as well. I dont think it can go in that panel, because it has a place to put your key in order to turn the system off...

Yea, you appear to be right.
It looks like it goes where mine has the useful "catchall" tray thingie, that won't blow out when the top is off?
I looked at pictures on ebay for this one :D

ah okay, thats where it went on the mini tray, but there is no cut out to put it there on the larger counsel.

I do believe im going to rig it up into my ashtray area...

What's a mini console look like?

I've seen them mounted on the flat area in front of the t-case shifter. When mounted the t-case handle points right at it. You have to drill a hole in the console though.
