where to buy needle grease fittings

Where do you find the needle grease fittings? Its for a Yukon U joint on a d44.

The zerk fittings? I believe you can buy them at hardware stores.

carquest / advance have the standard zerk fittings, but not the low profile ones. I had the carquest dude look it up in the book, and they didnt show a P/N for it.
