where to find 4 point harness pass thru sleeves?

I'm putting a set of 4 point harnesses in my xj but i need to cut slots in the back of my seat right under the head rest for the shoulder belts to go thru. I need to know where to get the plastic rectangular sleeves that go in the cut out.
