Where to get 38's patched

Is there anywhere that would patch a sidewall? or vulcanize it for me? I have a set of 37's that i got for cheap, but one has a tear in the sidewall, not a hole or a gash, but a small tear that i need fixed so it will hold air. They are on an off-road only rig, so the danger and liability aspect doesnt mattter to me, heck id even sign a paper that says i wouldn't sue if it blew out and hurt me, i just want it fixed.
