Where to get the schrader setup for air shocks?

I have a nitrogen bottle, and I have a regulator on order that will go up to 600 PSI, but where can I get a schrader valve setup to fill the shocks?

It seems a regular tire chuck would not be able to handle such high pressure. I figure whatever I get I want it to be decent quality, and preferably a line that is rated for 600+ PSI to prevent it from blowing out.

Thanks

Poly perf sells the valve you need. As well as mcmaster carr. It screws onto the schrader valve and it has a valve on it to depress the core.

According to me, you want a regular schrader chuck. It's quick, it's easy, and it's cheap. Mine came from home depot and it works fine. The bottle may have big time pressure but once you get downsteam of the regulator you only see 250 psi or so and a regular valve works just fine. It's what I use on my buggy and what I used on your tacoma.

Yea, I know thats what we used, and thats probably what I'll end up going with.

I couldn't remember what PSI we went to on my front shocks, but I thought it was pretty high (250 +?). I know the heavier the vehicle, the more pressure needed.

I don't want to spend $65 on Poly's setup, but I was just worried a regular tire chuck would not hold up to 300+ PSI if it's ever needed.

I don't think I'll need over 200 PSI on my buggy, but I want to be able to fill shocks on anything if need be.

get the screw on adapter that Poly sells. It won't spew oil back out of the shock when you fill it.

dont buy the hose and chuck from Poly. you can get a 10' long hydraulic hose from Surpluss center for less than $20, which is the same thing Poly has. I made mine here at the shop, but any local hydraulic shop can make it with NPT male threads to fit the chuck and regulator.
