Where to have used tires mounted in Triangle

Where are you guys getting your used tires mounted around Durham/Raleigh? I have a tire that I need to have swapped out with my spare (spare isn't on a rim), but everywhere I've gone either tells me "they're too big" or "we don't mount used tires due to liability reasons." Tires in question are 35" SSRs. hoping to get this tire fixed so I can play in the snow

I know the Exxon station by my house up on Strickland has mounted some old used tires for me before, big old 295s on some 15x10s on my AMX.
